Trinity Natural Mineral Supplement

Product Description

TRINITY Natural Mineral Supplement -- natural and pristine, with beneficial natural minerals and a high pH. Emerging after 16,000 years from a 2.2-mile deep, crystal-lined granite source, TRINITY Natural Mineral Supplement is offered to you in its live, 'organic' state - with no treatment. The only ingredient in Trinity Natural Mineral Supplement is 100% natural geothermal spring water. The granite rock Trinity lives in for so long is rich in certain minerals. The main mineral constituents are silica and fluoride - naturally occurring. Silica promotes healthy bones and cartilage.* Fluoride is beneficial for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.* Fluoride is also a mineral for which you should monitor your intake (much like vitamin A, or other vitamins) and we make the following usage recommendations: Trinity Natural Mineral Supplement (only): Adults and children over 11: Up to 4 servings per day. Pregnant and lactating women: Up to 2 servings per day. Parents of children under 11: Consult your pediatric dentist regarding your child's fluoride intake. Trinity Natural Mineral Supplement is also alkaline with a pH of 9.6. We hear from many people that they find this alkalinity a perfect complement to a fine bottle of wine and/or other acidic foods. The redox potential is -50 to +50 mv.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you label this product a Natural Mineral Supplement?

The answer to this question is twofold. First, certain states mandate that products marketed as bottled water must be disinfected, regardless of the microbiological purity of the source. Trinity source water is exceptionally pure and requires no disinfection whatsoever. Rather than disinfecting the source water unnecessarily, we label this product as a Natural Mineral Supplement. Second, the granite rock through which Trinity flows is rich in certain minerals, which may be present naturally at levels higher than permitted by federal law for bottled water products. These levels are not uncommon in natural geothermal spring sources and in Trinity's case are safe and beneficial. By labeling and marketing Trinity as a natural mineral supplement, Trinity Springs is not forced to disinfect or alter the natural mineral content of the product in any way, allowing us to bottle the source water in its live organic state. For a 'drink all day' Trinity product with a lower mineral content try Trinity Geothermal Bottled Water.

Why do you have suggestions for use on the label?

As a company, TRINITY always keeps our consumer in the forefront of every decision we make.  Therefore, we take a very conservative stance and agree with making our consumer aware of their fluoride intake as compared to the FDA recommended limit of 4.0mg of added fluoride per day.  While all of the minerals and nutrients found in TRINITY are naturally occurring, we still recommend daily intake of 1.0L of the TRINITY Natural Mineral Supplement, then switching to TRINITY Geothermal Bottled Water for the remainder of your daily hydration needs.  For any further questions in regards to proper fluoride intake, TRINITY recommends consulting your family dentist or physician.

What are the difference between the TRINITY Natural Mineral Supplement, TRINTY Geothermal Bottled Water, and TRINITY Kids Water?

TRINITY Natural Mineral Supplement (Gold), TRINITY Geothermal Bottled Water (Blue), and Trinity bottled water for Kid's all come from the same unique, QAI Certified Source and have unmatched natural purity.  The difference is the amount of naturally occurring minerals that are present in the water.  TRINITY Geothermal Bottled Water has approximately 60% less mineral and the Kid's water has approximately 85% less minerals than the Natural Mineral Supplement.  The natural minerals are reduced by distilling a portion of the Trinity water, and adding it back into the original product to create a 'partially distilled' Trinity Water that retains some, but not all, of the minerals in the source water.

What is the mineral composition of the Trinity Springs?

In order, the top seven mineral constituents are: silica, sodium, sulfate, fluoride, chloride, calcium and potassium. What is the pH of Trinity Natural Mineral Supplement and Bottled Water? Both products are the highest pH on the market. The Natural Mineral Supplement is 9.6, and the Geothermal Bottled Water is 9.0

Is packaging Trinity NMS in PET plastic containers safe?

Trinity is packaged in PET plastic containers. "PET" stands for polyethylene terephthalate and is the most common container used for liquids in the United States. PET is a superior vapor barrier, has high resistance to oxygen transmission, high chemical resistance, and has excellent thermal properties. It is the safest of all plastic container products and has no known link to any endocrine disrupter functions. However, we continue to monitor plastic research. Though we have seen no effect on Trinity's water, we do recommend that any product packaged in PET plastic be stored away from heat and excessive sunlight. Our Quality Assurance practices with regard to plastic are the highest in the industry. Our bottom line recommendation is: Don't leave Trinity in your hot car. Store it below 95°F and keep it away from direct sunlight.

How is Trinity NMS handled?

Because of our desire not to treat or significantly alter Trinity in any way from its live, whole state, our handling practices focus on minimal interference during the collection processes, and we do not disinfect this naturally pure substance. Note: Certain states require that all bottled waters be disinfected.

Is Trinity NMS disinfected?

Because of the exceptional purity of Trinity, we do not use any of the following disinfection steps - ultraviolet light, chlorination, pasteurization, ultrafiltration or ozonation. However, as part of our Good Manufacturing Practices, we do use ozonated spring water to rinse the empty bottles and piping system prior to bottling.

What does "Total Dissolved Solids: 190" mean on your Natural Mineral Supplement label?

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) refers to the elemental minerals that are dissolved and not visible (as opposed to suspended elements that can be seen with the human eye). TDS is in no way a measure of purity. Trinity's TDS content of 190 is characterized as "low" while being believed to be one of the purest sources on the planet.

Trinity Geothermal Bottled Water

Product Description

TRINITY Bottled Water is completely free of pollution. It never had it, and, because of its unique geologic environment, it never will. In the tradition of the fine, geothermal spa waters of the world, we bottle this rare water at the source with the utmost respect and care. TRINITY source water flows out of the ground naturally hot (138¼F) from more than 2.2-miles deep, where it approaches temperatures of over 300¼F. For over 16,000 years, the water interacts constantly with the granite and crystal-lined faults deep within the protective Idaho Batholith. Over eons, this interactive dance between pristine water and crystalline rock causes the natural mineral levels of the water to rise and fall.

What is the total dissolved solids content for the Trinity Geothermal Bottled Water?

The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) for Trinity Geothermal Bottled Water is approx. 59 parts per million (mg/l)

How is Trinity Geothermal Bottled Water handled?

Trinity Geothermal Bottled Water is bottled at the source in our bottling facility near the base of the Trinity mountains in Paradise, Idaho. The granite rock through which Trinity flows is rich in certain minerals, which may be present naturally at levels higher than permitted by Federal law for bottled water products. Trinity has spent years researching options for reducing the mineral content of the water while retaining all of its other pristine qualities. Because Trinity has been 'distilling' itself for thousands of years deep within the earth, we have chosen to vapor distill a portion of the source water. We feel this is the most natural way of making bottled water available rather than using less desirable processes such as reverse osmosis or ion exchange. The environmentally friendly bottling facility is designed to provide the highest degree of safety assurance to the consumer. We are an ISO 9001/2000 registered company, including HACCP and Food Safety Systems. We comply with all aspects of the IBWA Model Code. What this means is that we can assure consistent, high quality product, day in, day out.

Is Trinity Bottled Water chlorinated, pasteurized or ozonated?

Because of the natural purity of the source and the quality of our bottling systems, we would prefer to do nothing to the water. That being said, certain states require that we treat the water in order to market it as a bottled water. Trinity bottled water is ozonated prior to filling with the lowest acceptable amount of ozone required by the various state authorities. Ozone is the best choice for this because it is very effective and yet leaves no residue. Ozone is actually excited oxygen. No chlorine or pasteurization is used on the products.

About Trinity Enhanced

Trinity Enhanced is the only nutrient-enhanced beverage on the market offering the flawless purity of Trinity water and beneficial, all-natural ingredients. We stress "all-natural" because many of today's nutrient-enhanced beverages are made with mechanically purified tap water and artificial compounds.

Trinity Enhanced was created at the request of our drinkers as a wholesome alternative to existing enhanced products, one with far less sugar and no artificial ingredients.

And when it comes to flavor, Trinity Enhanced wins, hands down. Why? The natural purity of Trinity water. For 16,000 years, this water has filtered through crystal-lined fissures in a 2.2-mile-deep, protected source within the Idaho Batholith. It emerges lightly mineralized and naturally pure from America's only QAI Certified Source.
